Fun Fact:

I played the alto saxophone for 5 years, and was in a jazz band.

Quotable:

"We all have two lives. The second one starts when we realize we only have one." - T.H.

Arthur graduated from Washington State University with a bachelor’s degree in Science in Architecture and a minor in Business Administration. With eight years of industry experience, he began his career as a general contractor in construction and BIM coordinator on multimillion-dollar hospitals and state-of-the-art proton facilities.

He took his onsite experience and transitioned into real estate development as an architectural designer with experience in Class A high-rise and mid-rise office towers, condominiums, and retail spaces. Arthur started as an architecture project manager for Cortland Design in 2017, and his detail-oriented enthusiasm has helped push our multifamily design to the next level.
