Bayleigh is a graduate of The University of Alabama, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management. She currently lives in North Atlanta, GA with her husband, daughter, and two dogs. Before joining Cortland Design, Bayleigh worked for John Wieland Homes and Neighborhoods where her love for real estate and interior design developed.
Bayleigh started at Cortland Design as Interior Design Business Coordinator from 2017 to 2019 and rejoined us in 2021. From supporting our EVP, interior designers, and business team to facilitating third-party jobs, Bayleigh wears many hats. With a huge passion for helping others, Bayleigh’s creativity, organization, and commitment to ensuring Cortland Design’s success remain her top priority.
