Dave attended the University of Cincinnati School of Architecture, where he graduated with a six-year professional degree, and is a member of NCARB, AIA, and The Institute for Classical Architecture. After obtaining experience in a variety of architecture projects including retail, car dealerships, institutional buildings, laboratories, and schools, he pursued and quickly embraced residential and neighborhood design, where he eventually worked for multiple production and custom homebuilders as well as developers.
With over 25 years of experience in residential, multifamily, and neighborhood design, Dave has a passion for processes, communication, and resource management, which has guided his career path into more leadership and business-related roles. When Dave is not creating new living environments, he’s spending time with his wife and two boys, working on their custom, ever-evolving play set, playing tennis, and recording music.
