Vidrine Jones, an Atlanta native with New Orleans roots, is a BIM Specialist. Amongst obtaining her Bachelors in Fine Arts for Interior Design, she also minored in graphic design (print marketing fundamentals) at the Art Institute of Atlanta spring ’17. Once graduated she sought the opportunity to involve herself more in the commercial industry working in Institutional and Retail design as a Revit designer. Along with working with Investors in flipping properties and doing virtual renderings for pre-sale New Construction developmental properties.
Vidrine spends most of her down time sketching and learning construction building codes, as she plans to get more into the construction side of things as she strengthens her drafting capabilities.
“I found out I liked the technical aspect of design while in school. Picking out FF&E can be great but building the models and doing the construction documents was really where I found my niche and level of comfortability. It’s something about putting a concept into an actual floor plan that makes it true and real.”
