Cortland Design Lookbook: Discover Some Of Our Greatest Designs

Our new Cortland Design Lookbook has some of our best work — from renovations and architecture design to stunning home and commercial looks by our award-winning interior designers.

January is well underway, and there’s no better time to start a new home project or revamp your apartment home’s current design. Our team of interior designers at Cortland Design has put together a comprehensive lookbook covering some of our design firm’s most ambitious and buzzworthy projects to help inspire your own design dreams. You will find all kinds of inspiration, from lobbies and common spaces driven by functional design and inspired by the surrounding landscape, to luxurious interiors curated to channel sleek sophistication with a warm, lived-in aesthetic. Our projects span the country, from Texas, North Carolina, and Georgia, to Ohio and Arizona – each with its own unique look and feel.

Fall in love with the gilded glamour of Cortland Decatur East, a stunning high-rise apartment community in Decatur, Georgia. Blending Art Deco opulence with elegant modern minimalism.

Then there’s Cortland Mountain Vista in Mesa, Arizona, where our interior designers drew all their inspiration from the gorgeous scenery outdoors. Inside the resident lounge of this beautiful apartment community, warm, organic colors and textures evoke the wild beauty and natural splendor of the Arizona desert and the rugged mountains that frame it. Meanwhile, carefully selected pieces of furniture add to the perfect blend of comfort and rustic elegance.

Sports fans will love what we did to transform The Garratt, a community in Westerville, Ohio. Inspired by the nearby Ohio State University and Columbus’s city-wide passion for football, our Cortland Design team created a fun and versatile outdoor theater pavilion to serve as the perfect tailgate hangout, complete with fire pits, plenty of lounge seating, and all the comforts you could want to enjoy days under the sun and balmy evenings under the stars.

And at The Preserve at Rolling Oaks in vibrant Austin, Texas, we blended contemporary style with rustic natural elements to create an award-winning interior design look that channeled the rural spirit of North Austin.

These are just some of the acclaimed projects you will find within the pages of our latest lookbook. We invite you to discover some of the interior designs, renovations, and spaces we’re most proud of — they will give you an inside look at what Cortland Design is all about. Check it out below!
