Jill has over 30 years of experience in multifamily, commercial, high-end residential, and retail design. She graduated from The University of Tennessee, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Interior Design and a minor in Business Administration. Early in her career, she worked for a boutique design firm designing and managing projects for high-end residential clients and later transitioned to working as a construction project manager.

Before joining Cortland Design in 2013, Jill also expanded her textile and furniture knowledge working as a visual merchandiser for Restoration Hardware. Jill is a talented designer with eye for texture and detail. Today, she leads a team of designers and oversees Cortland Design’s projects in the Eastern Region.
