2019 NAHB Award Finalist: Best Interior Merchandising of a Common Area

We are excited to share that Cortland Design was announced as a Marketing Award Finalist for Best Interior Merchandising of a Common Area at the 2019 NAHB Multifamily Pillars of the Industry Awards for interior design for our Southpark Meadows renovation located in Austin, TX.

Designers sought to create a modern and stylish community married with the energy of downtown Austin. Within the 5,100 square feet of space, our client needed sales space for the leasing staff that included private offices, as well as gathering and entertaining spaces for the residences. With co-working spaces becoming more and more popular, the Cortland Design team wanted to create an environment where residents felt comfortable leaving their apartment to work, conduct meetings or even study.

Our designers were able to bump up the cool factor with unexpected interior design elements like mounted skateboards and out-of-the-box ceiling artwork. Check out the finished project below.
