Cortland at Armour Yards

The design for Cortland at Armour Yards pulls inspiration from the artsy energy of the surrounding area. Situated near the vibrant Beltline, this community boasts energetic greens, rich burgundy, and warm wood tones that speak to the modern industrial roots of the architecture. The clubhouse was redefined to create a space that flows seamlessly into the next one and that prioritizes connection, movement, and everyday interaction. Each detail works together to create a place where residents are invited to gather and linger in the place they call home.
