1st Place Winner at ASID Texas Legacy of Design Awards

This August, our team placed 1st in the Multifamily category at ASID Texas’ Legacy of Design awards, an annual competition recognizing interior design achievements in their Texas chapter.

Our prize-winning renovation, Preserve at Rolling Oaks, sits on a farm-to-market road in North Austin, TX. The location’s agricultural roots and proximity to Downtown Austin create a beautiful juxtaposition of rural and urban design. The clubhouse and leasing center spaces are the heart of the community and encourage a genuine relationship between residents and leasing staff. Cortland Design’s renovations included the leasing center, resident and coffee lounge, fitness center, and resort-style pool.

Featured in the Modern Interiors Luxury Texas Magazine.
