We are thrilled to announce that for the second straight year, Cortland Design took home the award for Best Interior Merchandising of a Model Unit for Aurum Falls River located in Raleigh, NC during the 2019 NAHB Multifamily Pillars of the Industry Awards for interior design. Designers Jill Barnes, Allison Crosby, and Cliff Joseph accepted the award for their winning design below.
Photographer Jason Jones beautifully captures the sleek and modern design of the model unit at Aurum Falls River. Our interior designer’s inspiration came from bold colors and patterns, with influences from fashion and high-end residential design by incorporating lush fabrics, paint, wallcoverings, and accessories to make it a place where residents can envision themselves living.
